I believe that they hinted at Loona's love life being explored in the future, but the S1-S2 focus was getting her friends first, which even Tex seemed to emphasize.

I def think Stolitz will have a romantic turn, but the show emphasizes that romance, while fulfilling, can't exist in a bubble.
