Because dexterity —whether you are a player or a coach— is not gained in the "mechanization", repetition... but in the efficient interaction with the environment:

The story of an inconsistency: I did not realize that the dexterity of the player ―which I so eagerly pursued― and that of the coach ―which I so deeply desired to become― followed the same process.
They were governed by the same principles. 👇
