If you do, keep with it. I do 321zero, just 3 times a day do 21 minutes and reduce it to zero. Works for me.

It is interesting that most voters do not vote for Mayors. There have been 54 referendums of which only 17 have gone for Mayors with 37 being rejected by voters.
