Less than 20% of adults are vaccinated for 2025-2026 & less than 9% of kids.
Mask wearing is ridiculed by MAGA & Dem bros alike, cleaner indoor air efforts are being ignored by the majority of schools.

Still wild that I go to my doctor to get my immunosuppressing medication in the place where the other immunosuppressed patients are and I’m solo masking in the whole place.

My parents were the only people wearing masks in the cancer ward during my dad’s treatment last year. Lucked out and didn’t get sick during the procedures for which he had to be sedated.

My mom mentioned another patient who looked very frail, caught a cough, then suddenly wasn’t there anymore.

I was 8 weeks out from my fifth shot when I got the mild case of Covid that became permanently debilitating Long Covid. While this is an anecdote, I’m far from alone. We are in much more danger from people overestimating the vaccines than underestimating them.

The vaccines do not meaningfully prevent transmission after the first few months. You should also get the vaccine, at least 2x per year if you can. Both of these things are true, and the real misinformation here is conflating covid conscious people with anti-vaxxers, which is purely insidious.

People really do not want to talk about the reality of the Covid pandemic being a test we failed in regards to eugenics and Necro politics being normalized and centralized as facets of governmental response to everything from climate, pandemics to war.
This shift was a direct shift towards fascism

And that’s why there’s so much tension when you talk about Covid now.

I know that I sound like a broken record but I think once this society was ok with accepting mass covid deaths just to be able to eat at Applebees then all bets were off.
