A shot from behind someone affixing an avon fm12 gas mask onto another. The lighting is an intense, de-saturated ice-blue and washed red.The colors gently highlight the masks curves, and shines on the hair of the person putting the mask on in the foreground.

Our masked subject is now fully in the mask, with long corrugated rubber, 40mm tubes connected to both intake and exhale ports. The handler reaches forward, grasping the mask as the subject looks down and concentrates on their breathing. A bubbler can be seen just on the edge of the frame, showing where the tubes snake towards. The lighting is the same de-saturated ice blue and red, though from this angle the colors mix towards a more uniform purple. In the mask's eyes, a soft yellow glow sparkles.
