True. I like the Realms. Mostly because I have a fondness for Waterdeep and the intrigue (and there’s also a great board game themed around that!)

Shame. They’re much more interesting than most of the Forgotten Realms campaign setting.

Yeah. I tried a few. Settled on OutdoorActive. Mostly for OS maps. I’ve learned to use it well enough eventually.

Map, elevation profile, terrain details. If you have the app it will give the directions by GPS. But I suspect you need to log on.

Import it into Google Maps? Guess at least then you could have more of an idea. Or import into a hiking app like Komoot or OutdoorActive.

Right now I CBA to even do that. The real annoying thing here is to try most games (that aren’t the obvious hotness—those will be at games night) I have to buy them. Then if either me or Mrs B don’t like them I have a dud that is going to be hard to shift.
