“Misread or misinterpreted” is a very generous assessment by the NYT of a law enforcement wing that has been given direct orders by the president to find this exact kind of evidence.

The ATF hasn't even verified that any markings related to trans people were found on the recovered ammunition and doesn't match other evidence descriptions. Why did WSJ rush to report otherwise?

Charlie Kirk was a white supremacist who pushed the racist Great Replacement Theory. Kirk was vociferously anti-LGBTQ. Kirk's final words were to besmirch Black people.

Stop this revisionism. People who say bad things don't deserve to be murdered, but they also don't deserve to be praised either.

Remember the West Wing episode after Bartlett was shot and CJ listed *all the other people* shot that day and closed with “lest anybody think a gun would have prevented these crimes, let’s remember that the President was shot while surrounded by the best armed bodyguards known to man.”

It is entirely possible to be respectful about the death of a person you disagreed with without “honoring” him by vowing to continue his disagreeable, hateful “work.”

This is the 47th shooting that took place at a school in the US so far this year: 24 on college campuses, 23 on K-12 school grounds. This happened less than an hour after Charlie Kirk shooting in Utah.

Does America care about these kids? Will tears be shed in Washington D.C. for them? Will people even know their names?

Yes. Yes, they are.

An important detail of today's shooting is that Utah is one of only two states in the country that allow campus carry. I hope that this decision is revisited.
