we’re waiting on an insurance claim to determine if they will cover the FECAL WATER REMOVAL bc when the aforementioned toilet backed up it exploded sewer shit water all over the tub, floors, walls, baseboards, soaked thru the baseboards into the adjoining rooms AND SOAKED INTO BOTH CLOSEST CARPETS.

In the last 10 days I have:
- paid $2.5k for a new garage door
- paid $620 to have the previous owners clogged drains flushed out bc they used non flushable wipes
- paid $850 to have termite traps installed because the previous owners had no termite protection
