Making people go into the office is absolutely ridiculous and it will ruin people's lives. If they must work in the office, the employees shouldn't work AT ALL when they get home. BOUNDARIES will be super important!
DO NOT DO ANY WORK AT HOME IF YOU ARE MADE TO GO BACK TO THE OFFICE. Salary or not.
I'm seeing that a lot of corporations and even our govt will be making their employees go to the office 5 days a week soon. (Knowing full well it's not for productivity sake.) The least those idiots could do is make grocery stores and restaurants go back to 24hrs, too.
