Late Valentineβs Day thing of Rajivas being a little frustrated of an anonymous writer sending her love letters. It seems the focus of her anger is at the content of the letters, rather than them being sent to her.

Sometimes, humans wander into the Daevite Empire, typically lost in thought and desperate for advice⦠or something else entirely. Rajivas is somewhat bothered by your presence.

A GOC Soldierβs main goal is to preserve the veil of normalcy by any means necessary (usually with violence). Compared to other factions like the Foundation & Chaos Insurgency, the GOCβs tech & budget isnβt very high. Theyβre often considered the βunderdogβ of organizations
(3/3)
The GOC even employs certain anomalies, though this is typically extremely rare for them to do. The GOC has tense relations with the SCP Foundation & hostile relations with GRU Division βP.β
(2/3)
The Global Occult Coalition likely needs no introduction. A misconception is that they destroy any anomaly but thatβs not entirely true. The GOC only destroys an anomaly if it reaches Level 2 status, which is a level that disrupts the veil of normalcy.

I just realized I draw her horns differently compared to her profile (first image).
Iβm just gonna use the excuse that she shed them and thatβs why they look different.
Are *you* a Rajivas fan?

Eventually, with backup support from Epsilon-11, Nu-7, Mastodon units, Captain Clef & Captain Strelnikov, Omega-1 managed to finally terminate Byrne after nearly a day of fighting. While some of the hostages survived, most were killed by Byrne.
(5/5)
Due to the nature of the incident, Mobile Task Force Omega-1 βLawβs Left Handβ was deployed to re-acquire Site-17 in what the Ethics Committee called βOperation: Manhunt.β It was a struggle, as Byrne was unusually adept at combat & his Juggernaut suit made him tough.
(4/5)
Byrne was a key figure of the UFM, being one its leaders. He went postal after being scrutinized & demoted by the Ethics Committee, busting out his customized Juggernaut suit & taking over Site-17, having taken several anomalies & personnel hostage.
(3/5)
Itβs unknown as to how Byrne even acquired a Juggernaut suit without anyone noticing. However, because of Operation: Manhunt, personnel all over the Foundation now know the existence of the Underground Foundation Mafia.
(2/5)
The βSmilerβ Juggernautβs role is serendipitously similar to the standard Juggernaut unit, just with the added goal of providing allies with supplies & ammo, thanks to their backpack. Smilers typically carry shotguns instead of LMGs.

Though D-Class primarily serve as human test subjects for the anomalies the Foundation has in containment, they can be utilized as fodder grunts in combat situations. The Foundation only employs this tactic during utterly dire emergencies and is *incredibly* rare to see.
(6/6)
This restructuring of the D-Class system was headed by the Ethics Committee & the Administrator. Richard Aquino, Byrne & Placeholder McDoctorate were the most notable figures that protested the change but were promptly ignored by both the Administrator & EC.
