I watched you say the other day that CBP said they can be in Chicago because of the water BUT the line for US doesn't just go by land. Based on NOAA's own website it shows that ALL of Lake Michigan is in the US & so they can't use that argument. You can sue to get them removed. Here is NOAA photo
