No Kings Protest in Salem, OR. Thousands showed up, it was very peaceful, massive amounts of cars drove by and honked in support, and we only saw 3 policemen. Democracy at work. There were even people volunteering as crossing guards. The woman in the Handmades Tale outfit was one of them.

So applying for a job this morning I was asked 1. What my ancestory was? Ok. That was a little weird. 2. They then flat out asked what my sexual Orientation was? I've never been asked that before on an application. The fact that it is being asked does not set well with me. WTF?
