Another one I love is when keepers get blamed for a rebound goal when it's palmed out to the side (like you're supposed to) and there's someone randomly unmarked there.

I've spent some time between the sticks, and I find that most pundits are incapable of analyzing the position. So many "great saves" are super comfortable (just diving at a stretch isn't always a difficult one to make), so many "howlers" are not, they massively overrate catching crosses etc

When I was reffing youth games the boys were all diving by the time it got to U13 or so, but I even saw it as young as U9. The girls not so much but not 0% either.

Dobes was also a bit of a horror show last night too. He got five-holed by Celebrini from roughly South America or so, and was kind of all over the place in general. Not all his fault by any stretch, the D were horrific as well.
