- the initial supernatural evil in the book is the demon, whose power is claimed by Fian after the demon dies, and is now passed on again.

This is mean-spirited. Authors put a lot of trust into agents when they query a novel they've been working on for so long. Mocking their manuscripts is betraying that trust.

- again, the start and the end remained almost unchanged

- I changed the number of the crew from 12 to 20. Hopefully this was due to deep thought about the type of ship, but I no longer remember....

- although I tweaked it a bit, the poem stayed close to that first draft, e.g. the first 13 lines and the last 3 lines are exactly the same
