Problem is in Guyana is there is massive infrastructure investments so they're getting multi-lane highways so the dunces over there will see it as a reason to speed & then you have dunce pedestrians who don't know how to use crossing. Disaster waiting to happen.

MP's claims about street problems anger residents

But an open letter written by the warden of St Michael and All Angels church, Robert Littler, claimed Pochin was trying to fulfil a "personal agenda". "The only anti-social behaviour I've witnessed is high-spirited teenagers who tend to grow out of it," she said.
