BREAKING: Federal agents in plain clothes and unmarked cars tried to snatch 1st graders from LA elementary schools—told staff they had “parental consent.”

They lied. When pressed, they HID THEIR IDS. DHS admits they sent them. This wasn’t a welfare check. It was a test run for a police state.

(3) The Memo authorizes the military forces onto the ground even WITHOUT the existence of disruption to federal law, but instead as PREEMPTIVE action.

A far cry from Justice Department’s long-standing view that the military should be deployed in such domestic situations as a “last resort.”

(6) The Memo not only includes National Guard but authorizes regular Armed Forces.

It does not tell you under what authority.

My best guess what the White House is thinking: inherent Article II “protective power” (which has never been tested in court).

(2) The Memo states: “protests OR acts of violence” that directly inhibit the execution of the laws, constitute a form of rebellion.

Note the “or”!

That means First Amendment non-violent protests. Not violence. Not riots. Protests.

Such a claim would make authoritarians blush.

We are grateful for receiving greetings from the Karenni Nationalies Defend Forces.The people in Karenni states (Myanmar) are fighting against the military junta for full indigenous equality and self-determination. Even though we are physically apart, our fights are connected.

KNU and allies approach Myawaddy city again, better prepared than early 2024.

Now attacking battalion 275, which was seized last year before being handed back to the junta by the BGF.

Dozens of nearby positions have been seized in recent days, while other key border positions taken in past month.

Once that area falls, almost the whole border of Karenni and Karen States (excluding Myawaddy and Shwe Ko Ko where junta-backed BGFs remain) will be under full resistance control.

The KNU/KNLA is making dramatic victories in the area south of Myawaddy.

Camps are being seized everyday, and the Tactical Operations Command at Wawlay looks likely to fall soon.

Unconfirmed signs Maw Khee may have fallen today and they are now hitting the most elevated junta position.
