I don’t watch love island myself but two different apartment neighbors in my complex do and hearing them call from their separate balconies about couples they were rooting for truly made my day. It’s the relief we get from watching and the connection we share through them that gets me!

I dread winter because I’m absolutely useless once the sun goes down. One thing that’s helped me this year so far is getting battery powered string lights to hang around my apartment bookshelves. I turn them on as soon as it’s dark! It helps me feel less depressed and more energetic ✨
