the original is a bit of a hard pitch now a days what with it not including the excellent DLCs like SotFS does, but I'm real glad to own both versions of the game and I generally avoid playing scholar unless I'm in a pretty particular mood.

A weird thing happened where Scholar of the First Sin, which i remember as the "funky mode that pranks you by changing traps specifically to punish you if you anticipate the old traps, and jumbles a ton of enemies around the maps" is kinda advertised and understood to be the definitive edition now

good-weird to me... always has been. type of game you can see the brush strokes in, and even if they ended up a bit off that's always something I'll appreciate.

I hadn't done a Game Jam since even before Covid, really. I was a bit burnt out on them I think, but it was really nice to participate in one and to be part of the local scene a bit more again!

Ok! Hey! I'm May (or Mae, I don't really mind which.) I'd mostly call myself a Game Designer but I do a little bit of everything depending on the project. Most recently I've been working on a little game called Peglin as well as Fowl Damage, which I solo dev'd for a while.
