But in general, start low and slow, go up slowly, and pay very close attention to how you feel after each rep and set. Iโm worried about re-injury, so I get that too.

In sheer numbers, Iโm proud that Iโm deadlifting 525, and Iโm only 60 lbs away from a 6-plate deadlift.
For progress, Iโm proud that after a serious rotator cuff injury last October that was compounded by nerve damage that Iโve managed to nearly double my bench since May. Nearly recovered 100%.
Iโm pretty firmly a believer that kink scenes should remain scenes and should not have outcomes that negatively affect the rest of your life, so no, I donโt think I could do this. I get where youโre coming from, because frankly humiliation and degradation kinks are fairly common, but this is a no.

No exercise in the world can outrun a diet that doesnโt support your goals.
Iโm among the strongest people I know, whether my dysmorphia wants to acknowledge it on any given day or not, and thatโs objectively cool. And it keeps me pushing to see how much further I can go.
You have to figure out WHY you want it and then keep that mindset as you work toward it.

To be clear Iโm not on a weight loss journey, though I have been before, many times. None of them really stuck cause the motivation was always external. Lifting has been different. That motivation is internal and feeling myself get stronger over the last few years keeps pushing me. (1/2)

Shoes donโt matter much except for squatting and deadlifting, and do those in just socks anyway. I need to feel the floor.

In my pictures Iโm wearing 2XL stringers from Flex Comics. Stringers are better than Ts or tanks for me cause they donโt get super tight on my chest, back, and belly. Iโd have to be in a 3 or 4XL if it were a T, and the arms would still be tight.
