yeaaa. like, it's one of those things i understand the appeal of in the abstract, it just does nothing for me.

a strawpage question: how do you feel about character TFs? not TFing into species like pokemon but turning into specific characters like Bowser or Dedede or whatever

alas, character TF is not my thing. like, i get it, i have some pals who LOVE the concept, but it just does not appeal to me at all

been wanting to do a horsey i like the yucky way the hands go. on account of horse hooves just being A Finger

YEAHHH bunnies get this a LOT. especially re tehir fuzzy feet & little noses

theyre weird ass animals and i think a lot of furry art does a disservice to weird ass animals by making them less weird. you understand

also their feet are fucking weird. you're doing yourself a disservice if you're not including the fact that their inner toe is actually two toes fused together (bones pic from the SVPOW wallaby dissection obvious graphic content warning for that).

everybody draws roos and wallabies with doggy style pawpads..noo...they have weird all-foot pads like there's not separate pads

the first page of a TF sequence of oliver (a phone-headed character) turning into a wallaby. panel 1: he lifts up his shirt, curiously inspecting a newly-forming pouch on his stomach. small hints of fur form at his elbows. panel 2: he lurches forward as his shoulders rotate with a crack, as his skin grows furrier, he grows claws, and a tail emerges from his rear

page 2 of the same comic. panel 1: as oliver's body becomes smaller and fluffier and his feet elongate and toes fuse, he steps out of his sweatpants and struggles to get his shirt over his head. panel 2: nearly fully-transformed, he gets the shirt off but falls over forward, making a chittering noise. panel 3: fully-transformed, he sits in a neutral pose, looking pleased. his hat is now slightly too big for him.
