Juniper Dunes: there were in fact multiple dunes and 1 juniper tree.
It was a fun time geocaching and testing my mettle in sand! I'm glad we were able to put this trip together!

For sure. He was a fun guy. Lots of people retiring this year, too. It's bittersweet. Happy for them, but sad to see them go.

7 years ago today. Boeing was a much, much different place to work for then, but it was starting to decline by that point. Our input mattered. Our community was strong. I won't start the rant I usually go on about where it went wrong and how things used to be better. But I do mourn the good old days

Recently decided that since we use the spot above the hallway as our holiday/solstice 'tree' spot (we have no good places to put an actual tree) that we can use it for spring, summer and fall as well. Currently putting it all together. (Last pic is for winter)
