18.02.2026 18:40 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I can totally understand Alfie. I was very careful walking across the limestone pavement too. Those gaps definitely make you watch every step. But the view from up there is absolutely breathtaking, both across the landscape and over the impressive limestone pavement itselfπ

Thank you, Mick! Almost. But since I almost died after climbing the steps to the limestone pavement (π ) we decided to skip Gordale Scar. An absolutely wonderful walk. This sign at the top of Malham Cove saved me, not because I needed help, but because it made me feel seenπ

βJanetβs Fossβ is a beautiful small waterfall hidden in woodland near the village of Malham, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. The name comes from local legend. βJanetβ was believed to be a fairy queen said to live behind the falls.
A magical little spotβ¨

As a German, I probably find the milder Merseyside accent easier to understand than a strong one. But I love listening to them all. Other British accents as well, though yours is the one I like most.
