I sometimes do afterthought heels. Sometimes don't. I'm never sure what I prefer in terms of fit because my stupid feet keep changing how they respond to hormones, fluid, heat, cold, being at the end of my legs.... 🤷‍♀️😭

Finally some good news from the boobie doctors. The lesion in my left breast is in fact just a few cysts. So sent home and no further action on them. Hopefully my next appointment at Durham will be to discuss and confirm my surgery
