If I’m looking at this right, the undertail with the black tip and white closer to the base would rule out most Warblers. Magnolia Warbler would still be a possibility with that tail. The thin, black bill also fits. But I’m definitely not sure it’s a warbler.

1 Immature Bald Eagle feeds on a frozen lake as another watches, and a 3rd comes in for a landing.
I haven’t found a Snowy on the ice YET. The ice is very impressive on its own. The gulls are a lot of fun. And 19 Bald Eagles on the ice this past weekend off downtown Milwaukee was incredible. Great Lakes rule
