I don't disagree on the importance of utility scale sustainable power & the investors that make it happen. But consumers that install rooftop solar are also EV buyers, & investors don't drive those purchase decisions. To avoid tipping points we have to be "All In" on both the supply & demand side.

Technically, I think the California "leases" are "power purchase agreements". All solar is great, but some deals are better in the short run.
