Die Quellenlage ist in der Tat dünn. Fakt ist: Teile der evangelikalen Religiösen Rechten feiern den Angriff auf den Iran als Teil einer biblischen Prophezeiung, die die end times einläuten soll. Hegseth selber würde ich nicht unbedingt dazu zählen.
