Anyhow, donate to the Bumrun, in support of colorectal cancer if you're able.

It's an awful disease that claimed my mother four years ago. But the good news is the success rates are strong if caught early. Educate yourself and possibly save a life.

Great story from Jason Proctor.

FOI documents reveal BC’s former energy minister was told last September that at least 7 large-scale hydrogen projects were being cancelled or paused because of issues including electricity supply, high cost and transportation. #bcpoli

What we are currently seeing in Canadian political polling is exactly why every high school baseball coach in history has told their pitchers that they need to have more than a fastball if they want to be successful.

What Mancini has shown so far on new-look Vancouver Canucks defence | Sports The Vancouver Canucks seem to have found a gem in Victor Mancini who has been great thus far with his new team.

I'm in on Mancini as a potential quality #4-5 type dman in the future.

The value of the Kupp deal for the #Seahawks will depend entirely on the guarantees, particularly if the 3rd year is real or just agent nonsense.

There's a gap either way, but it's also worth noting they did not need to extend him (yes, I know cap hit gymnastics, but still). Geno was under contract for 2025. The lowball option was to play the year and evaluate the market after his age 34 season.

We should not ignore threats to our freedom and sovereignty.

And also, you can't help but wonder how much of all this is akin to a toddler throwing their spaghetti against a wall, and then continuing to do it because it's getting them attention.

Newspapers used to be so important they made buildings like this (Chicago Tribune). Today the NYT is apparently running a story without fact checking who has a majority in Parliament, and a large portion of media is random people awkwardly holding a little mic for a webcam. Not ideal for news.

Good news for Seaspan and the many BC workers who will build this project (including IBEW members).
The groundwork for NSS work was laid during the early 2010s federal procurement, and solid work of the provincial government of the day to support Seaspan.
