Supermarket cakes that used to feed 6 now feed 4, the price has gone up! Since I started baking for our weekly vistors I have spent £10 over 3 weeks for ingredients.

I find myself baking more often because of the cost of living crisis. It was only 3 years ago when you could get good pastries for 5 people and spend less than £20, now you would be looking at about £35-40 but for lower quality.
