Add one cup of water after you’ve added the beans

1 onion, whole allspice, bayleaf + thyme. Saute for 5 mins,add garlic+ peppers for 2 mins, add chillies old bay seasoning, 2 small tomatoes saute for a min. Put the can of beans in + veg stock cube, salt and simmer for 15 mins. Add 1/2 a can coconut milk and simmer for a further 10 mins then serve
