Stop bleeding out for groups that wouldn't even give you a band-aid.
Just saw who was selected for something I lost a few months ago, and it just re-affirms my belief that some of these groups don't actually give a fuck about your story, they just want to be entertained, exploit you, and then pat themselves on the back for "lifting you up".
I'm so done.
I feel the same way, but also about lying too. Like, when people lie about small, insignificant things it just lets me know I can't trust them not to lie about the important stuff either.

please also do NOT use white sage for your smudging practices. White sage is SACRED to many indigenous tribes and has to be planted/grown/harvested/burned ceremoniously. Do NOT buy it from these modern metaphysical shops either as they're almost always unethically sourced.
Friendly reminder that if you are NOT Native American/Indigenous/First Nations to please NOT use the term "two-spirit". I've seen one too many people casually throwing it around and it's just so dismissive of indigenous peoples and contributes to the erasure of our existence.
