Dansk Psykoterapeutforening har fået ny formand i weekenden, 47-årige Christina Lehtinen. Hun afløser Pia Clementsen, der går på pension efter 6 år på posten. Øget anerkendelse af de privatuddannede psykoterapeuter er et af målene for den nye formand.

We do know about the ideal psychotherapist; distinctive clinical abilities, professional development, relational orientation, cognitive complexity, therapeutic alliance, pursuit of deep self knowledge, humility, and experience - but still, how do they apply it?

Every living being have a multidimensional sense of self.
This sense is difficult to get hold of, just like the actual healing components in psychotherapy.
A way to point to it could - perhaps - be jazz for cows.
