I have fallen into the rabbit hole of Instagram. It is becoming as vile as Twitter. I can see that it is affecting my mental health. It is time to delete the app again.

I’m liking the flow of this ballpoint refill. I purchased the pen with gel refill originally. I wouldn’t recommend that. The nib was scratchy and did not flow well. The ballpoint refill is the way to go.

Last night I fancied a burger so I cooked one. Double chicken burger with American cheese. The secret ingredient is Siracha sauce. 🤤 🍔

I watched Money Monster last night. I kind of liked it. It was predictable from the start but that did not stop me from watching it. It is alright for a Saturday movie night.

A beautiful short film on the positive impacts of Transcendental Meditation. I learned TM when I was going through a turbulent time in my career and personal life. It helped me immensely. I have fallen out of practice, and this film has inspired me to restart the practice.

I’m looking forward to starting a new year with a new Bullet Journal. This time I want to stick to the practice for at least 100 days.

We went to our local Halton Community Radio station to volunteer our time painting their walls. A good afternoon spent with my colleagues. It was fun and I enjoyed it.
