Listening to Cleo Sol this morning.

I’m so grateful for my holiday so I can decompress, rest & recuperate. I always arrive in Asia burnt out from working so much, this year is no exception.

The local rooster has a faulty alarm clock.

He started cock-a-doodling at 1.52am - 2.51am, shut its gob & then carried on again at 4.15am.

One of the many things I love about Hong Kong is a foot & legs massage.

I am focused on rest & recuperation.

My husband’s foot massage was painful as he had so many knots from running & Muay Thai. His masseuse asked me in Cantonese if it was too painful for him. I said no, he likes it. 🤣
