The Iranian people deserve to live peaceful lives. We all do. Thinking of all the people out there scared who just want to exist and eat and laugh and spend time with their families and friends. Nobody should have to live with constant trauma. We ALL deserve better.

We've been unable to readily reach our relatives in Iran for more than a month. Praying for their safety and the safety of all innocent Iranians caught in the middle of this endless power struggle.

Later I microwaved a can of green beans with butter and salt and pepper. Later still I cut up an apple with a scoop of a new jar of peanut butter. Just now, Ramen noodles. Still fewer dishes than making a full dinner. #winning

DS9 is the one I rewatch regularly, with some Lower Decks thrown in. I just don't ever feel the need to rewatch every series all the time but DS9 never gets old.

Have you tried the Vicks vapor nasal inhaler (or generic store brand)yet because I'm personally obsessed with it and my sinuses are currently housing a family of feral squirrels. It's like inhaling a eucalyptus tree, sans koalas.

Thanks to the Weatherization program we have a new furnace as of today, after over 3 weeks of trying to keep our broken furnace running sporadically. Extremely grateful programs like this exist.

That's assuming they'd actually do something. They always have a couple Senators willing to be the bad guys to prevent any real, significant change. Democrats are very comfortable with the status quo. It makes them millionaires after all.
