I usually buy them “ready to eat” from a local farmer but I think they have to be soaked and cooked! I’ve also just found some interesting facts about them:

Doesn’t look very spectacular but I swear there’s nothing better than this salad with two ingredients that are typical for Styria: Käferbohnen (not sure there’s an English word for those) and pumpkin seed oil 🤩 #austriancuisine
