We are a small community that includes a variety of things, shops, home rentals, game room and a club. If you only focus on one thing, then you will definitely have a problem generating income.

Traffic has never been a primary concern for me although more would be nice. We have a small core group of residents and businesses that have been with use for many years. Sure others have come and gone. I keep it fresh and well maintained and my friends who live there appreciate it.

I am probably an exception to this. I have been fortunate to have maintained my region since 2009. I think people who get regions these days don't fully grasp what it takes 🤔

I have a friend who has 6 or 7, just a little OCD. But he told me and I am friends with all of them. 😂
