I think the tariffs will make for a slow escalation in prices that are already going up. I mainly stay with the S&P for investing; stupid investors will probably take it to 7,000 by year end. So the EU said it will delay tariffs for 6 months as it negotiates with trump. As the CEO of a company it is extremely difficult for him/her to make decisions on investments in the company, inventory levels, and hiring not knowing what will happen 6 months from now.
