It clearly is frustrating. I am hearing republicans decided this today. My frustration would be that if this was a policy made weeks ago both Talarico and Jasmine should have been communicating it strongly to their voters - there should have been a tag line in their commercials, etc. It just stinks.

Yes so if you were in line at 6:45 but didn't vote until 7:15 they are going to put that vote aside? That is absurd. Paxton is such a scum and when you see his vote totals it tells you how many people here in Tx are racist and unethical beyond belief.

That may have been information but I live in Collin County and am involved in local Dem organization and was not aware of that and I doubt it was communicated extensively to all voters - and you can bet thousands weren't aware of it due to their busy lives, work, family, etc.

This is so freaking ridiculous - but such an epitome of texas republicans. I voted for Talirico but absolutely want every vote for Jasmine to be counted. Making people without warning on election day forced to go to another voting location without advance warning is disgusting.

Have any results come out of Dallas yet or do we need to wait til polls close?

It will be insane if that happens, and you know he and his advisors are looking for ways to make that happen. And then we have to worry about the vote totals. In my county they went back to paper ballots. How freaking stupid can they be?

These are the primary races - actual will be in November. But the senate race here is critical both to see who Dems and Repubs vote for. Some key local elections too.
