Oh, I'm sure. Therapy is expensive and there's a good chance it will go on for the patient's entire remaining life. They only make money by denying care, so of course they're going to try whatever they can to avoid paying for mental health care. It's not something that can be easily "fixed".

How do we deal with the paradox of fighting this while still staying informed about the fight against it (and the progress or non-progress)? To be stay aware & spread the word pretty much demands you be online 24/7, and of course the worst offenders are also the best way to spread the word.
