It wasn’t until she went into kidney failure that they finally took her seriously. This is medical gaslighting.

That's fair. I've talked about article count particularly in relation to my chronic illness, as I'm proud I was able to produce a certain amount despite feeling terrible (but I usually include that reasoning).
