Dear fitness industry. Stop making meal replacement drinks with stevia, monk fruit and other "natural" sweetener alternatives. Just make them without sweetners and let us decide how much or what kind, seriously. That is all!

One of the lightbulbs in my room refuses to die. In fact it's been flickering madly like a lightning bug caught in a web.

Night Time Thoughts--

I've been thinking about the word "Community" a lot. It looks like "Communication" and "Unity" rammed together. This isn't how the word came to be, but I've begun thinking of it this way.
