So the next thing I have to deal with is moving. I'm planning to disable ordering from the site. I'll get those shipped off and work through the last few issues I'm communicating with people on. Likely to be able to turn the site back on in early October.

So at long last we are through the vast majority of orders. We are down to the last 10 or so orders. Should get most of them taken care of tomorrow and resolve some of the issues we have run into. Here is a picture of the pallet the packages came on.

Quick update. Castlemania shells are on the way. I forgot to take a picture so have one of the space the pallets used to be. Today packed 70 orders at that rate I should be caught up sometime Monday.

I have to look the order info then check if their is any customization options (regretting that a bit now.) and then ship them out. So instead of oldest to newest it's more like top of the pallet and working my way down (2/3) .

Alright quick update. Working through Gamecube orders have some with tracking which will get dropped off Saturday. So normally I would insist on shipping out orders from oldest to newest, but the way the factory packed them they didn't include the order numbers on them. (1/3)

At long last finally delivered. Was not expecting them to drop them on the street so spent the last 2 hours dragging them all in side (thank goodness I have a dolly). (1/2)

International orders are being passed on to the shipping agent and we are awaiting tracking info. We ended up taking Canadian orders and moving them by sea since at the time there was a postal strike and we didn't want them to get stuck in limbo.(3/3)

For orders within the USA things are much more complicated. Originally we had hoped to get all orders into the shipping system before the De minimis exemption went away.Which leads us back to our original option of doing a sea shipment. Which puts us fulfilling orders on June 13th 2025. (4/5)

I got myself a test unit of the SNEdge to fix the blur on SNES’ RGB output. Goal was to help map PAL model differences, but let me share the results, as this is truly awesome!

For shipping we are still working with the factory in the hopes of not having to wait for an ocean shipment. Much of this will depend on how the tariff situation evolves after production completes. It hasn't been easy to predict what the environment will be. (3/4)

Color samples took quite a while. Lunar new year landed in the middle of the process and we had some back and forth with the factory who should pay for said samples, but they are finally finished and looking pretty good. I've scattered pictures through out this thread. (2/4)
