Having recently called attention to my bizarre banning from Twitter, I today note the 14th anniversary of this post on Facebook about an acting class I was taking. Within 24 hours I got swatted by two people and police came to my apartment...while I was in the hospital tending to my ill mother.

I don’t know and I’ll never find out. When Rusty passed away in 2018 I simply retweeted without comment the Mets’ in memoriam tweet. An hour or two later I was told I was permanently suspended for “hateful conduct. Multiple appeals generated no further explanation.

Mickey Lolich, the Tiger pitching legend who was long on the other side of the hill when the Mets’ decrepit management traded Rusty Staub for him, has passed at 85. RIP.

And no, I’m not going to try getting reinstated on Twitter over this.
