Not one of you so-called friends gave me the 24hr post beetroot reminder. Not one!

I bought myself a macerating juicer to make the most of the allotment veg. This is beetroot, carrot, apple and ginger juice (with a squidge of lemon juice). Great for your blood and immunity, and it tastes SO good. Don’t ask me for quantities… I just shoved them in.
