#Pmdd folks, I’ve just been prescribed #chemicalmenopause to try alongside #Zoely to see if my symptoms are helped, does anyone have any lived experience of doing this? And if so what were the struggles/ insights/ helpful things that went alongside it.

Samezies. I feel like a happy Chappy for two beautiful weeks then it hits hard.

I’ve spent these past days in a psych ward, keeping alive through the days my brain convinces me to go.
Today was time with my Lil Bro eating yummy market food and snuggling Jeremy our 13yr old pup who brings a gentle love to every room he’s in.

Today, the light reached through. #pmdd
