I made the pickled eggplants and we had those for dinner. But everything’s ready for the reset, I’m so glad I didn’t get more done🤣 . But there’s no way I can cook an 8 course Indian dinner plus dessert without a dishwasher, or my sis in law, who got me started doing all this about 35 years ago

Well it’s been moved, our friends are returning to NYC ( work) but will be back out in a couple of weeks and the repair guy comes on Monday. So, when everyone’s back in town, we feast.

Yeah, we got a problem , the repair guy us coming on Monday, the feast date is moved!… I did premake a bunch of pickled eggplant and I’ve got green bean poriyal half prepped so I know what we’ll be eating for a while 🤣
