I've enjoyed the franchise in different ways but infinite really was a lot of fun for me and something I was excited for as they initially said they were going to do yearly expansions then that never came. I liked online too but the campaign open world was what really grabbed me

It was over as soon as infinite didn't make the millions and millions Xbox hoped for. Glad Halo went out on a high note for me

I'm shocked this film has somewhat lost his classic status being brought up less over the years because this was far better than I expected. The peak ghost film in my opinion. Spielberg's mushy family works incredibly in a Hooper horror film.

So this film is known for its cool brain explosion and being a Cronenberg film. Unfortunately it's mostly just a boring film with characters no one could care about doing their own version of Star Wars. Some cool art and special effects but otherwise bummer

This is a film that has the bones to be a good film but then says the bones are good enough. This film was actually infuriating they just didn't try to push into their own points more to deliver what could have been an interesting film.

Hey another movie about hope that I liked in a year without much. Good Fortune is a fun film playing with the unchecked capitalism hellscape. What makes this movie special is how human it is and that's the only way it would work. Keanu is also funny.

The substance is a good movie that turn into a top tier movie in its last portion where it keeps going crazier and crazier. I enjoyed the first half but I loved the second half. There is one scene in particular I will never forget. Watch the Substance

This film is missing a little bit from hitting the itch for me. I really think the drill weapon and the metaphor the killer represents is good. The characters are just boring and they carry a lot of the film. Film is just not there yet.

I watched Jordan Peele's work in reverse order for some reason but now I've seen them all. Get out is a strong start. It's very purpose driven clearly hitting you over the head with its message. Really only complaint is they did the piano jump scare otherwise good

Us really works well in the beginning and just kinda looses itself by the end in an action lore dumping ending that I was mostly just kinda feeling nothing from. I still recommend for the good majority that is scary and good with characters but the end just kinda eh.

I stumbled upon this and decided I would try it out and glad I did. This is a weird slasher trying out things before the genre solidified in the 80s. It's a bit too long for its own good but I still enjoy the weird movie that this is. I'd recommend

The only good thing is the idea of Art himself. If someone else had this character it could be a good movie.

Oops forgot to post. I was curious about this film since it's been hyped and I like slashers. Low expectations tho seeing the short before this. People yearn for slashers because this is so bad. The acting, the lack of plot, and just the sheer schlock of it.

A lot of millennials still haven't accepted moved on they're not the young adult generation anymore. Gen Alpha is the majority of children and Gen Z is now majority adults.

Took a little break on the horror movie watch for the month but back with one of the buzzed about horror films from this year. It's a very slow burn but it has a very strong last 1/3. It almost made me physically wince at some gore. Good movie Id recommend

Took a break from horror to go to the theaters to see the movie everyone is talking about. I don't think I see why everyone loves it as much as they do but it's a good movie.

My third horror movie for October was a lighter tone. Gremlins had a personal connection as the scene where Gizmo got wet scared me deeply as a kid and I watched nothing else. Glad came back to watch it. Slow start but when the Gremlins appear this film is great.

They're going to choose the superior one. Another film example is Invasion of the Body Snatchers which has like 4 versions most people recommend the 1978 remake because it's the most beloved version. Not a jab at the others but people can only watch one and they'll choose the favorite not everyone
