Edmonton VGC April VGC Challenge, 8 masters 1 senior In Masters as follows. 1st place, JayVGC using a team consisting of Zamazenta Crowned, Chi-Yu, Flutter Mane, Urshifu-Rapid Strike, Amoonguss and Rillaboom. 2nd Place, Popeye, using a team consisting of Kyogre, Tornadus, Landorus, Incineroar, Farigiraf, Rillaboom. 3rd place, NKSoul using a team consisting of Koraidon, Iron Crown, Roaring Moon, Incineroar, Scovillian and Indeedee(F). 4th Place, Clay MF, using a team of Zacian Crowned, Chien-Pao, Regigigas, Ogerpon(Wellspring) Tornadus and Weezing-Kanto. 5th Place, Vicwingly, using a team consisting of Nekrozma-Dawnwings, Ogerpon(Cornerstone), Ursaluna(H), Gallade, Indeedee(F), Torkoal. 6th place, Endy, using a team consisting of Terapagos, Roaring Moon, Ogerpon(Cornerstone) Landorus, Urshifu-Rapid Strike, Incineroar. 7th Place, BootlegFlanderz, using a team consisting of Shadow-Calyrex, Regigigas, Dondozo, Tatsugiri-Droopy, Weezing-Galar, Whimsicott. 8th Place, EnThy, using a team consisting of Koraidon, Annihilape, Rillaboom, Flamigo, Muk-Alolan, Smeargle. Senior player WalkerVGC had a team consisting of Ice Rider-Calyrex, Raging Bolt, Ogerpon(Wellspring), Urshifu-Single Strike, Landorus, Incineroar.

This was the results of the local #PlayPokemon #pokemonVGC #VGC tournament yesterday that I judged.

The Edmonton crew still strong in diversity of teams and ideas.
Even in the last moments of #RegulationG as a ruleset, the players never cease to amaze me in making such weird and creative teams.

Bit late, (by 1 and a half hours) but i cannot express how happy it made me to be able to cook for the love of my life @maidenofravens.bsky.social tonight for valentines day, love her with all my heart and it was a joy being at her place for valentines day

The only tournaments at this point in my city are grass roots non sanctioned tournaments which is awesome but costs more and happens way less often, the changes to how VGC locals can be hosted was a massive mistake imo, I can't even play locally anymore.

I'm at a point where I really want to continue playing competitive pokemon but ever since the changes made to where they can be hosted there have been 0 locals in my city despite our professor's best efforts to get a location. We used to be able to have a local every month and now 0
