So I'm reading a book by Irv Kupcinet. Here's how he describes this schedule:
7:30am-9am: wake up, shower, eat, read the newspapers

9:30-1pm: work, read mail, put together article
1-3pm: restaurants, cafes, gather celebrity gossip
3-6pm: more work, calls
