I've had some major bouts with depression in my life...becoming most acute in my mid teens. I've been fortunate enough to receive some excellent help when I needed it...from caring therapists and psychiatrists who found the best medication for me.

Get help if you need it. There is hope for us all.

There is an assumption that democracies must basically be good and decent - but the freedom they bring often only applies to the in-group. Israel is a democracy yet it has killed a hundred thousand civilians in last couple years. The US is a democracy but acts as a drunk Empire.

So sad to hear it was the US who murdered those children.

It’s being reported that the Iranian ship we torpedoed in International waters, killing dozens, was an unarmed vessel. This is a war crime. We’ve gone over the cliff with a psycho death cult.
