Namely bc the yeast allergy, my dr did recommend that I try a thing: Get a shot every week for 3 - 5 years to build resistance to it; but that is an expensive commitment.
It's fun recognizing all these little things I've been compensating/downplaying and now realizing "That's an allergy reaction!"

The thing that shocked me is I do apparently have minor allergies to Cats, Dogs, and Bird Feathers (and a number of other things)... I just drink so much coffee, usually when I'm playing with friends' pets, it has been lowering my histamine reactions lol. GG to me on that.

Asthma breathing issues about 10 minutes after that and had to get a steroid shot. I'm HORRIBLY allergic to cattle and mice (scored higher than the control Histamine shot reaction ;-; ) along with 5 different fungus/molds, including being allergic to body yeast lol, and a lot of tree/grass pollen.

It's been some busy days so I forgot to make a post about this.
