Only three are shown in full detail and the rest are unknown. TARGET 1: SILVER_THE_HEDGEHOG TARGET 2: E-123_OMEGA "Out of the eight perpetrators, only two have been identified. As you know, we have recently disposed of threats in an inefficient manner. My deepest condolences to those who suffered from the explosion. The Gizoid project has since been cancelled and you have my word to keep this city safe of risky methods to the people of this city." A hole in the floor opens. "However, the more efficient method seems to be one that my father had long displaced. Shatter their will." An operation table rises out of the floor. And on it is a fox with mechanical enhancements. We have granted him immortality and he will serve our city by finding those who seek to harm it. As will every citizen." The roboticized fox disappears into shadows as Sage ends her speech. "We pledge as always to be a light on your path so that none walk through the darkness alone."
